”Slow Internet Connection” is a series of 15 monochromatic paintings and refers to research conducted in 2017 on Google Images.

With a slow Internet connection, these searches rendered monochromatic images, a synthesis of the colors present in the photographs that were still loading.

Using my own photographs of Norway, I aim at recreating the lagging process that is to share information, as if the information has been lost in translation during the process.
